Internal SMS Notifications

AmeriTech Pro, LLC uses SMS messaging to send internal IT support and ConnectWise PSA ticket notifications to authorized AmeriTech Pro employees and internal users only.

Messages may include IT support updates, ConnectWise PSA ticket notifications, technician assignment alerts, ticket escalation alerts, scheduling reminders, test messages, account notifications, and employee-requested support communications.

SMS messages are not used for marketing, promotions, lead generation, or external customer messaging. Internal employee communications ONLY!

Who Receives Messages

SMS messages are sent only to authorized AmeriTech Pro employees or internal users who have approved use of their mobile phone number for company IT support, ticketing, scheduling, and operational notifications.

Employee Opt-In

Internal employees opt in by providing their mobile phone number to AmeriTech Pro, LLC for company IT support, ticketing, and operational notifications, and by approving SMS communications through an internal employee consent process.

The consent language explains that employees agree to receive SMS messages from AmeriTech Pro, LLC related to internal IT support tickets, ConnectWise PSA ticket notifications, technician assignments, ticket escalations, scheduling, account notifications, and company support communications.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of employment.

Authorized employees opt in before receiving SMS messages by reviewing the AmeriTech Pro Internal SMS Notifications page at https://www.ameritechpro.com/internal-sms-notifications and providing their mobile number to an AmeriTech Pro administrator for enrollment in internal SMS notifications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on ticket activity, technician assignments, escalations, scheduling reminders, and employee-requested support communications.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on the employee’s mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Employees may opt out of AmeriTech Pro internal SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After replying STOP, the employee will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this campaign unless they opt in again.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide messaging services.
