AmeriTech Pro Internal SMS Notifications
These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to internal SMS messages sent by AmeriTech Pro, LLC to authorized AmeriTech Pro employees and internal users only. This SMS program is used for internal IT support, ConnectWise PSA ticket notifications, technician assignment alerts, scheduling reminders, ticket escalation alerts, test messages, and employee-requested operational notifications.
This SMS program is not used for marketing, promotions, lead generation, third-party advertising, or external customer messaging.
Employee Consent
Authorized employees opt in by reviewing the AmeriTech Pro Internal SMS Notifications page at https://www.ameritechpro.com/internal-sms-notifications and providing their mobile phone number to an AmeriTech Pro administrator for enrollment in internal SMS notifications.
By opting in, employees agree to receive SMS messages from AmeriTech Pro, LLC related to internal IT support, ConnectWise PSA ticketing, technician assignments, scheduling, account notifications, escalation alerts, and company support communications.
Message frequency varies based on ticket activity, scheduling, operational alerts, and employee-requested support communications. Message and data rates may apply.
Employees may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Employees may reply HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of employment.
